In this Beginner+ session, we'll explore how to construct harnesses that are suspendible and secure, with an emphasis on body awareness, load distribution, and adaptability.
🔹 What We’ll Cover:
A hands-free chest harness suitable for suspension
Several leg harnesses such as agura, or futomomo
How to assess balance, tension, and positional comfort for your partner
Tips on adapting harnesses to different bodies and intentions
Pre-Requisites:
This class is ideal for those who are confident tying single and double column ties, have some experience with basic frictions.
Bottoms should be able to effectively communicate any discomfort.
